Hotel staff was very nice, breakfast is good rooms are very clean

Smooth check-in and welcoming staff. 8-10mins drive from the Trine university if you’re looking to attend any commencement ceremony there. Rooms were super clean and highly worth for the price paid. It’s typically around ~90$ during our December visit. Highly recommend this for a one night stay with family or just for anyone. No shitty weed smell or any other foul smell though it’s adjacent to a free way!

Spacious room, cramped bath, free grapes under the furniture. For the cost of this room, I expect more. Should have booked through an online service as the cost quoted at the desk was significantly higher. We were impressed with the room except for a few details like the 8 grapes on the floor with their friend the bottle cap. The broken ice machine on the 3rd floor and none on the 2nd. The AC temp gauge has to be off by 5 or more degrees. Set at a temp that should cause chill bumps, we woke to a far warmer room than was comfortable for sleep. Some things Comfort Inn has no control over like the faded crushed sample bottles in the drink machine along with the fact everyone that travels the road alongside this facility rides a motorcycle, Mustang, Charger or simply needs a muffler and need to roar down the road at all hours.

Overall, a nice hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful! The air conditioning in our room was great! The rooms are small, but clean. The rooms have a very small closet room for the shower and toilet and the sink is in the room. The pool is older, but still fairly good.

Very clean, wonderfully quiet. Exceptionaly helpful and positive staff. I arrived very sick from camping under smoke alert from wildfires. Although it was way before check in time before the rooms were ready, the pleasant young man at the desk found me a quiet room. However, when I tried to open the lock, the card didn't work. My room was on the second floor, so that meant a trip on the elevator. He fixed the card, & I tried again. Card didn't work a second time. So then he was really stumped, but remained upbeat. He brought extra tools and came with me . Oh-- my bad--We discovered that in my allergic fog, I was going to the room next to mine! The whole time he remained cheerful and most helpful. Will definitely use Comfort Inn again!

We checked in for an 8 night pleasure stay for activities in the area. The staff and management were so helpful in accommodating multiple rooms for our family and friends in the area as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay in a comfortable room. Local to multiple eating establishments, outlets stores, and Pokagon state park. Tell them Brian sent you!

Perfect location for cedar point. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Parking is terrible. All in all a good place to stay for a night

Trucker here. Very nice and clean with friendly staff. Only room for 2 trucks behind the building. Backing in off the street is the best way to get in.

Very good. Very friendly. Clean. The clerk at the front desk was very personable, accommodating and caring.

I had water issue in our house .these hotel had an incredibly good time the it's not coming . The staff and front desk gentlemen was very helpful they are so nice, I travel a lot I always gone to Hilton but the choice is best I was stayed 1st time in choice hotels I will always stay in the same hotel.thanks for your hospitality vinny.
